Unsatisfactory – Top Hat - Better Learning Review

I tried signing in for the first time but the password doesn’t work so I tried the forgot password link and followed the instructions on my phone but it asked for the silliest question which was to enter my old password ??? which obviously didn’t work the first time so now I have to cancel due to not having access and it’s making it worse with no technical support.
