Horrible Shipping! – Ulta Beauty: Makeup & Skincare Review

Waited forever to receive my order. Then it tells me it was delivered, when it was not I was home all day ! Two days later I get the shampoo and conditioner and one was cut open then they were bagged together. Wow really going to send products out like this !! Love your store not your shipping at all !
