Enjoy the game so much. But prices are basically predatory given the target audience of this game. – Fun Run 3 - Multiplayer Games Review

I adore fun run. I’ve been playing since the original Fun Run and I love the simple mechanics, and the fact that there is room for a major skill gap with how the power ups work and which routes to take. All the people complaining about people not dying just don’t understand how the game works yet. That’s not opinion, that’s truth. It really is a solid game at its core and can be played competitively. The major issue with this game is the fact it’s pay-to-win. When power ups are locked behind a rank or coin paywall, it’s pay to win at this point. Rank can be paid for with daily xp bonus, gems for challenges, etc and coins can be paid for with gems too. This would be more acceptable if you got more than 50 coins without having to watch an ad every so often. If hypothetically you are able to pay oodles of money and get power ups before everyone else that are clearly better, ITS PAY TO WIN PEOPLE. Also the odds of the chests are screwed. My girlfriend and I play this all the time and she has all 12 of the base items in one chest. Now instead of the odds of her getting the rare (actually cool) items are so slim even though she grinded out all the other rewards. It’s robbery so you’ll pay with real money. I remember when games were incentives solely by getting better. Combine all this with the fact it’s a stuffed animal game basically with bright colors and the target audience is around 12. In the original fun run you could actually unlock stuff without making this game your life. There’s so much more intricacy with the fact this game is over priced but it’s too much for one review.
