iOS 4.2.1 and older ?! – Tides Planner Review

I don't like this trend of not supporting older versions of iOS, and I don't mean version 2 or 3, but 4.. What is that all about…? We deserve an explanation, what is the reason of not supporting iOS 4.2.1? iPhone 3G can only go up to 4.2.1
