Horrible customer service – Disney Sorcerer's Arena Review

So one of the worst things is the global chat, where drama and stress abound. But the fact customer service is doing nothing about it is worse. As of writing this review I have been suspended from the game without warning or reason. I have never broken any of the games rules therefore there is no reason for this suspension. I have not gotten a reply as to why this happened nor how long it will be. So unless you want to get randomly banned for no reason play this pay to win game. Edit: it was only a two hour suspension, but as of now I have yet to find out WHY I was suspended in the first place. The suspension cost my a place in club which was devastating. There is no reason for customer service to not tell me what I did wrong and especially not to slap a suspension on people without warning for no reason. Avoid this game at all costs.
