No way to recover password – textPlus: Text Message + Call Review

I have paid money to them to be ad free, keep my number, etc. I went to use the app one day and noticed that I had to sign in again. I tried and it did not accept my password. I clicked “forgot password“. And went through that cycle multiple times but still and unable to access the app. I am still getting pop-ups on my phone that I’m receiving messages but I can’t get to the app to read or respond to them. I contacted customer service a couple of days ago but have yet to hear anything back for assistance in resolving this issue. Hence the one star review.
