They charge a fee just to place an order – Jamba Review

I’ve been using this app for nearly 6 months to make orders 3-5 times per week. Then they started charging a fee on every order. According to the app, “this fee is used to help pay for the restaurant’s app and website.” Umm.....wut. What kind of business charges a fee just to place an order? Maintaining a website is a normal cost of doing business. This new fee is utterly tacky and greedy. Needless to say, I’ve deleted the app and won’t be buying from Jamba again.
