Help! I’m freezing and stuck now! – Shipwrecked: Lost Island Review

I’ve been playing this game longer than any of my others. I’m on level 86 and am not getting any new challenges and I’m really upset because I love this game. Only ones I have are to visit Violet’s island and place the orchid in the botanical garden and I can’t do either of those without freezing the whole game. I’ve reinstalled multiple times and tried on both my phone and tablet. Please help! Otherwise the game is great! Thank you!
