Professional Opinion – Workday Review

Thus far, there are several issues that have been encountered; I’ll focus on the main 3 that are the most troublesome. •Not being able to communicate when an employee is running late and cannot send or request a late show. •Hasty password changes, more often then not most employees will have issues with this, and the requirements for the new passwords, and the following passwords after are easier to forget when creating. •If the accrued time off system is to truly work in an employees favor, why does it not roll over time off accrued. This seems to be the best option for those who have done it in the past. Resetting at the beginning of the year, every year; sounds like you’ll end up causing locations to shut down in order for employees to be able to take their time off before end of year.
