Having trouble downloading – Bolt Browser and Documents Review

I’m a iPhone user so I use this app so I don’t have to pay Apple Music but today I deleted this app n got it again now it doesnt give me the “download” option when I watch a YouTube video pls fix asap this is one of the best downloading apps pls fix the issue or get back to me
