Good but why no hair? – RoKins - Skin Maker for Roblox Review

So i was playing to think what to create in roblox and then i noticed that have no hair so i confused i tried to make hairs i cant so i create 2 stars 1 of normal 2 for da hood cuz they kill me but anyway why no hair?
