Terrible – Ticketmaster－Buy, Sell Tickets Review

You can’t contact any real representative. They wouldn’t give me a refund on my tickets for a concert that got cancelled during a pandemic. I couldn’t talk to anyone about it. I only got an automated response. Terrible customer service.
