Good Product – Trifecta Review

This app is set up nicely. My only complaint is the workout/exercises seems to be geared towards CrossFit type programs. I don’t CrossFit. I noticed there is a bar code scanner option to input meals. However, there is no bar code on the packaged meals so I have to input everything manually as I have found not all meals were in the data base. I like that I can maneuver my meal orders from the app. It makes things much easier. Overall I like the app as with anything there is always room for improvement.
