No customer service – MindNode - Mind Map & Outline Review

I purchased the program in 2018 for my Mac. Just emailed support today with an upgrade question and received an auto response from the company. The response contained only the text of my email. No message regarding them being in touch, no response timeline , no instructions. What’s the point in getting my email back? If you claim to have customer service, please provide actual customer service. A notice of received inquiry is fine as long as it contains info from your company about when you’ll be in touch, which lets customers know you’ll actually respond.
