Bad Customer Service – Birthday Reminder & Countdown Review

Birthday notifications does not work. I made sure notifications was turned on and reinstalled...still nothing. I tried contacting customer service but no response. It would not be a big deal but I paid to have the ads removed before I knew it didn’t work.
