I’m so annoyed. – Remind: School Communication Review

I’m so frustrated with this app. We have to use it for our preschool to communicate with parents and it is just the worst. So glitchy. So difficult to use, so difficult for parents to join. We rely on this app for school announcements and communication with parents and it is not reliable at all. A teacher’s job is already hard enough and we got this to try to make things easier but it made it worse. We like to send photos of the children and you can only send one photo at a time on this app and it EXTREMELY reduces the photo quality. It is always saying “sorry we hit a snag” there always seems to be something wrong with it. I have never written a review for an app before but I had to let people know how frustrating this is and if they don’t improve I would never recommend this to anyone ever.
