Won't work when signed-in, bad UX, unreliable! – Realtor.com Rentals Review

The app works without signing in, but then you can't save searches and sync settings across devices. But once I sign in, it just continuously pops up an annoying message that says "something went wrong" and shows a Retry button. It's not a matter of search criteria being to constrained. Even clicking a notification entry for a property shows a blank detail screen and that stupid, useless message. The message lingers for 15+ seconds and blocks your ability to do anything, which is a horrible user experience. It's so generic, that there's no way to know what went wrong to try and address it, and there's no error code to send to support on the feedback screen. Restarting or uninstalling/reinstalling the app makes no difference. I can sign into the website in a browser and everything works fine, so it's a bug in the app. Searching for a new home is a serious matter, and this app is too buggy to take seriously and rely on for something so important. I'm giving 2 stars because at least someone might find the search useful without using an account.
