Worst customer service – MLB Tap Sports Baseball 2020 Review

The game is great. Very fun and nice to waste time. But just because of the customer service, I can’t justify giving it any decent rating. I’ve played every year since this game came out and play a lot. I have issues with the game multiple times a week from either glitches and screws up an entry for something, double charging my credit card for field pass, and many other things. It’d be an easy fix, except you can’t get customer service to do absolutely anything. Literally worst customer service I’ve ever tried to work with. I say try, because nothing has ever happened for them to actually help. If you get double charged they literally reply with, “sorry but no refunds” lol it’s an absolute joke. 0 stars if possible solely based on customer service because that’s how bad they are.
