Love this game but... – Bleach: Immortal Soul Review

Ive had this game since it pretty much came out and i love it. My only issue now is that i purchased some soul jades and that messed up the game... reinstalled the game but my purchased wasnt there and i was charged. anywhere that i could go for help besides Facebook i would appreciate it!
