How do I get my money back? – Facefull for facebook full site desktop version Review

I bought this just so I could tag pictures. It will not let me so it. As soon as I type the first letter of a persons name the tagging option closes and it just goes back to showing the picture. So, for me it's totally useless. Does anyone know what the process is for a refund?
