AI needs serious rework – Pocket Tanks Review

It’s almost no fun playing single player. Firstly, the terrain generation always gives the bot almost no land elevation, so any stars or other digger weapons just hit the bounds and explode. Secondly, the difficulty is basically “odds the AI will have perfect aim no matter where you are, or just miss a shot”. You try to move, you get hit. You launch a wall, the AI perfectly aims 2 pixels above it. You finally have the bot dialed in, they use evac. I’ve had this game downloaded on my phone forever, hoping one day it will get the last push of improvement it needs.
