Can’t download new emojis! ? – Emoji - inTextMoji™ Pro ;) Review

I go to install new emoji’s, it says “The website is trying to download a configuration profile. Do you want to allow this? I select “Allow”. It then states: “Profile downloaded. Review the profile in Settings app if you want to allow it”. But, it doesn’t say what I have to review and how to do it. Everything in settings for this app is on and allowed, so not sure what else I can change, but it won’t download the new emojis. ? I use an iPhone 7+.
