Doesn’t Load – Vimage: motion moving picture Review

I used to love this app. But for the past few months it’s been absolutely useless. None of the effects ever load, they’re just constantly buffering. I’ve even set my phone down and waited 30 minutes and they just keep loading. I can’t do anything with this app anymore.
