Frameographer is definitely $2.99 worth of fun. – Frameographer Review

While there are still some minor tweaks to be made—like adding the ability to import pictures from the camera roll—this is already a well-polished App that can be hours of fun for everyone over the age of 4. Hopefully someday an iPad optimized version will be available.
