ZERO stars – VTech KidiConnect™ Review

This is by far the worst app I have ever used. I bought a VTech KidiZoom for my daughter. I liked the idea of her being able to text my husband and I from a kid friendly phone. Since VTech is such a large company, I anticipated a decent messaging app. I could not have been more wrong. When the app actually works it’s perfect for younger kids. But it RARELY works. There’s always error messages... it just says loading for an eternity and nothing happens. You’ll die of old age before this piece of garbage loads. Whoever designed this app needs to be beat with a stick and then fired... not even close VTech...
