Disappointing! – The Mystery of the Crystal Portal Review

Like many others, I was suckered into purchasing the full version, which now won't load. I wish I had looked at some of the other reviews first as I see this complaint has been going back at least as far as February. Are you kidding me? It's almost November and you haven't fixed this yet? Absolutely inexcusable!
