Nothing new – Color Effects HD (Recolor Your Photos & Draw Beautiful Splash Art) Review

I'll play around with it but it closed out last night after a half hours work trying to colorize a photo. I think when we spend money on an app it should have at least an auto save of the draft. I don't recommend buying this one. There's far too many free ones that do the same thing.
