No access to my maps unless I Pay – Mind Mapping - MindMeister Review

I have used Basic Version of MindMiester for a long time- it works very well for my needs. I just updated version and now I have no access to my maps unless I Pay!!! And have no access to comunication to administrators - only FAQ??‍♀️
