syncing notes will not go away – Sticky Notes App + Note Widget Review

i cancelled before the 7 day trial and deleted the app and was still charged for this app. so i re download it because sticky notes put me on a year subscription and i had to restore my purchase so it charged me again . i would like to be refunded because the "syncing notes" message will not go away and i can't even use something i didn't want to buy .
