Failing to Load – Paint.ly: Color by Number Review

I’d give this a five except that some of the Picts won’t load. And twice I’ve gotten a message that the whole program won’t work and provides suggested “Solutions”. I’ve deleted the App and downloaded it again. Still having the same problems.
