My exercise – Home Fitness for Weight Loss Review

I have been exercising mainly by walking 2:1/2 or more miles per day. I love this but the weather doesn’t always cooperate. I also need the cardio for other parts of my body like my arms, chest and back. It isn’t real safe to go to the gym so these exercises are great for in my home!
