App, or iPad or router? – St. Cloud Times Print Edition Review

I have read The St. Cloud Times Print edition since it became available. In early 2020 we started having problems, reading the paper on the iPad. Specifically, when turning the pages, the print either does not load, or it loads and the print disappears. Usually the pictures load. Sometimes when the print disappears, we loose the connection. I have called The St. Cloud three times. The first time, the person said they would talk to the IT department, and I should try reading the paper, and if we still have problems I should call back. The second time I called back the person said he would send me a link and I should try reading the paper using that link. When I didn’t get the link, I called again, and the lady said they had no issues and it had to be on my end.? I have reset my iPad, checked my router, and router speed, all good. I have noticed that I do not have the problem on my iPhone, or on my PC. HELP! Between Apple, and The St Cloud Times they don’t a problem. The problem is only mine. Really, can’t the Times IT, give me some suggestions? Frustrated!,,
