Won’t connect on local network; no response from support – Jump Desktop (RDP, VNC, Fluid) Review

Of late, connecting via my iPad Pro 11 to my windows SB2 and Mac mini m1 on on LAN just stays on connecting screen. Oddly, it will connect remotely and through VPN ... I’ve contacted support numerous times, no response. Looked for info on their website, nothing. Can’t recommend ... VNC works every time ... this app just won’t work. Really poor support.
