Not updating – Citizen SafePass Review

This claims I have not come in contact with a single user who has also had this app enabled in the past 3 months... I feel like it’s just not updating? A month or so ago it was saying it hadn’t been updated since the previous month, now it’s saying “ Last updated 12/31/69, 07:00 PM” unclear if that’s supposed to be 1969 or 2069... but either way not useful
