Doesnt work; no support – Screen mirroring for Smart TV Review

Tried setting up, used the links and YouTube videos without any success. When I enter in the code to link the devices nothing happens even though I am broadcasting. Then when I try to stop broadcasting I get an error code. I emailed for help, no response. I am going to be mad when they try to charge me for the subscription because this has never worked and I can’t get support.
