Update of 2nd Request to Cancel made on 12/12/2020: IMMEDIATELY CANCEL THE SERVICE PLEASE (BEFORE I AM CHARGED AGAIN). ~Thank you There is a subscription price attached and they give 20 credits (for texting) as a free trial. Once the 20 credits are depleted, they expect you to buy more credits in order for you to text. Read everything carefully. I’d like to cancel but there isn’t a customer service line to call and when I use the email option no one responds to my request to cancel. I pray one of their developers reads this so that I may cancel. I’ve used their “How To/FAQ” to attempt to cancel on my own and it didn’t work. I just want to cancel this service.
