can’t even enter the app – PS Deals Review

i just downloaded the app but i can’t even get past the entry screen. once i select my country, it tells me to select my platform but nothing comes up and i can’t go past that screen. i tried entering with an account and as a guest, i deleted and redownloaded the app, i turned my device on and off. nothing worked
