Fix this bug please – Evil Nun 2 Origins Review

So the game seems very fun and I had been very excited to play it I watched YouTube videos to learn the map a little before playing the game but when I downloaded it I was so excited so I wrote my name down on the letter of the beginning of the game but then once I was waiting to join the game my screen turned black and after 8 seconds it kicked me out of the app I tried uninstalling it and installing it many times but it doesn’t work.. I even tried to reset my phone but it still kicks me out if you guys can find a way to fix this bug please if you do please do it and I’ll be very happy!
