WHY DOESN’T THIS WORK? – Vidstitch Pro for Instagram Review

I got the pay-for version because the free version crashed regularly. The pay-for version doesn’t work at ALL- and I’m using short videos taken from iPad Pro or iPhone 10. I want my money back. :(
