Daily coin issue – KicksOnFire - Shop Sneakers Review

I downloaded this app and haven’t been able to receive any of the daily coins. I always let the video play completely through but the coins never show up on my profile. I tried logging out and back in, updated the app, downloading and re-downloading but nothing worked. I even sent an email but never got a response. What is the solution to this problem? Other then that this is a good app if you love looking at, and buying, shoes.
