Ho-hum – TruFit Review

This app barely meets consumers expectations.The barcode scan is pretty cool when you first get to the front desk at the gym, that’s about it....If the app owner truly wants to be competitive with industry standards, TRUFIT should have consumer friendly links with customer access to their gym billing statements, contract details, etc.. Every time I’m at the gym, customers and staff are too busy trying to help out customers figure out membership billing issues rather than creating a positive customer experience where it’s truly needed on the floor.
