love poptropica but not sure what happened to it. – Poptropica: Fun RPG Adventure Review

ive been playing poptropica since i was a little kid and just recently downloaded the app and bought a pop membership. i payed for it through apple pay and got a purchase confirmation on it and it says i’m not a member on the app, but when i go to try and see if i can purchase it again it says i have always payed for it. pretty sad right. i have contacted poptropica support 3 times this week about this issue and one other and no response:(
