Bought for CL Coverage, Disappointed From Start to Finish – Bleacher Report Live Review

As the title states, I downloaded the B/R app to watch champions league soccer the past year. This service would only broadcast one match per day, which is why I chose to pay the $2.99 fee to watch my favorite team play each game I wanted to watch. I was thrilled to learn that CL coverage was switching to CBS for the 20/21 season ($5.99/month for every game and a highlight show? Sign me up!). It recently became clear to me that I was charged for the $10 monthly fee from this service for the past three months. I had never opened the app during this time, yet they had my card information and for some reason I was billed. When I tried to log on to cancel the service (that I do not remember signing up for whatsoever) I could not remember my password. When trying to change my password the link they emailed to me did not work. After trying to reset my password several times I emailed customer service to address the issue. Thankfully they canceled my membership the next day (the reason for the second star in my review). Overall, the service was overpriced and bland, as the halftime show during the games had lackluster commentary and did not show any highlights from any other matches.
