The app closes as soon as I am able to connect – V380S Review

As soon as I am able to pair the device with my phone, the app closes immediately. I’ve tried removing and installing it several times and no improvement. I think it’s a glitch with the update of the app because I used to use it all the time on my other phone and no problem. I tried to communicate with the developer but it just sends me to a webpage and gets stuck there.
