?? No air crew? – Idle Air Force Base Review

So we need air crew to build planes, every time you build a plane, you lose air crew, so you’d think that by getting people through the gate would train “cadets” wrong, I was stuck at 0/101 air crew for a few days, and now I’m stuck at 15/101 for more days, why does training recruits not give you air crew??
