Horrible support – Zillow Rental Manager Review

They locked out my account in the middle of a lease signing for security reasons. They said I need to provide proof that I own the property, which I did, but now support is not answering my emails. Why do they not ask these questions when you create the listing instead of waiting until you are in the middle of lease signing? I will now have to find another solution and have my prospective tenants sign the lease again. Also, I had multiple people have issues with the rental application. Either they did not receive the application link or they had trouble submitting it.
