Debit card – BBVA Spain | Online banking Review

I was not able to go back to Spain because of the COVID-19 and my debit card was expired. I called the Customers services many times and they were not able to ship it to me to Tunisia because the manager of my account asked that I should go personally and pick it up. I am 5 months now without a debit card and I don’t know how to make everyone in BBVA understand that I can’t enter to Spain now since there’s restrictions on international travelers. I really need help to get my debit card shipped to me. Thanks !
