Obviously the old app and ad says get new app – Google Pay (old app) Review

Obviously the old app and ad says get new app but there is No new app. I’ve looked all over all the google apps and there is no New app. I even googled it. Came up with nothing, so why does this not work and goggle telling us to get a New App that doesn’t exist.
