Great idea but... – World Recipes - Cook World Gourmet Review

Great to see recipes from all over the world. But if this claims as "world recipes", then all the measurements should be in both American (or whatever) and the international ones (lbs vs grams, F vs C etc.). Wanted to see if I can cook kofta but a bit discouraged by this measurement issue. Pls help, Thanks!
