Dissatisfied! – Filterra- Filters for Pictures Review

At first look this app looked like it had potential, I downloaded the app today and a promo came up for the Filterra photo editor anniversary bundle & offered me this deal for $17 And I bought it ,and it would not let me download all the filters so I bought the Filterra photo editor for for the $35 and I still don’t have access to download all the filters or lights leaks, I really wanted to like this app but after paying all this money and still not having full functionality is a total disappointment and a waste of money. Please fix the app or kindly offer me a refund
